2009 Genée International Ballet Competition

Two Royal Ballet School students - 16 year-old Claudia Dean and 17-year old Paul Russell - have won Gold Medals at one of the world's most prestigious ballet competitions. The final of the 2009 Genée International Ballet Competition took place at the University Cultural Centre of the National University of Singapore. Held every year since 1931, this is the first time the Genée International Ballet Competition has been held in Singapore.
