Tango for students of The Royal Ballet School

On Monday 16 November, second year students were put through their paces by Argentinian Tango experts, Tara Pilbrow and Amir Giles. During the course of their training, students of The Royal Ballet School are exposed to all sorts of choreographic styles under the guidance of their teachers Kate Flatt and Jennifer Jackson in preparation for their BTEC National Award in Arts Management. The course includes a module in choreography and leads to participation in the Ursula Moreton Choreographic Award which will be held at the Upper School next March.

This special visit is part of a programme of classes, some featuring eminent guest teachers, designed to inspire students to explore and experiment with various choreographic styles.
